Do you find it hard to love and accept yourself just as you are. Or maybe you think you are not good enough, smart enough, or pretty enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You think that you will only be accepted if you accomplish a certain amount of goals or successes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe you always think that you will always fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel you. I\u2019ve been you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But that’s the thing. It is time to change that. It\u2019s time to stand up for yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of this post is to remind yourself of the truth of who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are already good enough. You are already perfect the way you are. Nothing, you or others, say or do, can make you any less worthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it\u2019s called Self-Worth for a reason: you decide your own worth. It doesn\u2019t come from your bank account, the number of friends you have, the number of likes, your status, your job, or what you own. It comes from being yourself and being proud of who you are. The numbers will change with time, but what won\u2019t change is who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are good enough even if you fail a million times and make mistakes. It\u2019s human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to accomplish or be anything other than the real you to be worthy of love from others and from yourself. Worthy of freedom, worthy of happiness, worthy of passion and purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop punishing yourself for your imperfections, immerse them in compassion and recognise that they are part of who you are. You\u2019re not broken. You just have to remember these things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop being so hard on yourself. Why seek the approval of others? You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be kind and patient with yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Know your worth. Know that you are good enough for yourself. The rest of the world has to adjust to that fact. That’s all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
