When it comes to improving our mental health, there are few things as effective as journaling. Journaling is a form of self-care that can help us work through our thoughts and feelings, and it can also be a great way to document our overall progress. Here are some of the key benefits of journaling:

  • We may not always have someone we can talk to about what’s going on in our lives, but by writing in a journal, we can get all those thoughts and feelings out into the open. This can be really helpful in terms of reducing stress and anxiety.
